Things didn't go quite
according to plan!
The Broadwalk, Lansdown Road and College Crescent follow the routes
of the roads indicated, but that's about all…
Lodge Road was changed to link with Pillmawr Road (this had previously
entered Caerleon via Cold Bath Road).
The College was built instead of the houses at the top of the plan.
More houses were built along the other roads than planned. Click here for an enlarged
